Usually, yes, if the software allows a sensible connection. We look at what you have before recommending something new. If a tool cannot be integrated cleanly, we will say so.

Yes. Automations are scoped to the workflow, not copied from a template menu. You see the scope and the quote before we build.

Yes. Training can be a virtual session, a workshop, or a shorter working session built around your team's actual tasks. The format is agreed ahead of time.

The introductory audit is free. Consulting, training, and implementation are custom quotes. Cost depends on the business, the systems involved, and how much we are being asked to build. We do not publish a fixed project price because the work is not fixed.

It depends on access, how defined the process is, and how many systems are involved. We estimate a range in the proposal. We do not advertise a universal timeline.

That is not the point of the work. The useful version is that repetitive tasks take less of someone's day, so the team can spend time on judgment, customers, and the work that actually needs a person. We do not pitch headcount cuts.

We only ask for what the conversation requires. We do not claim a compliance certification we have not earned. Before any implementation that touches customer or employee data, we agree what is in scope, where it goes, and who can see it. Details are in our privacy policy, which is still marked for owner legal review.

Yes, when you want it. It is optional. Some projects end at handoff. If a retainer or support arrangement makes sense, it is described and priced before it starts.

Phone and video are the normal options, and you can choose either when you book. An in-person meeting can be arranged separately. We do not promise free on-site visits. Travel or an in-person consulting fee may apply and is confirmed before anyone gets in a car.

You get a confirmation once the request is actually received. We use the notes you sent to show up prepared. The meeting is a conversation. If there is a sensible next step, we explain it. A proposal only happens if you want one, and prices are not invented on the confirmation screen.
